Painting a Birdhouse #2

Supplies Needed:

  • birdhouse
  • paint
  • paintbrush
  • sponge

Step 1: paint the roof of the birdhouse a sky blue color

Step 2: use a sponge and a slightly lighter blue color and blend them together. This will be the sky.

Step 3: use the original blue color and paint the walls of the birdhouse

Step 4: use green paint to paint the bottom of the birdhouse so it looks like grass

Step 5: use a slightly darker green and use the same technique as the roof but on the grass

Step 6: paint a fence on the two smaller sides with brown paint

Step 7: using a darker brown, paint two trees on the back of the birdhouse

 

Step 8: use reds, yellows, browns, and oranges to paint leaves on the trees. Use a sponge to make the leaves
